Cash payments
Cash is collected only after the service is completed to your satisfaction. No refund is required.
UPI / online payments
If a service is not delivered, the full paid amount is refunded to the original UPI ID within 5-7 business days.
Partial refunds
If part of a service could not be delivered, the corresponding portion is refunded.
